Hello and welcome to 3rd grade! I am looking forward to sharing this year with you and your child. We will be learning to act as a team as we encourage, help and strengthen one another. I am excited to have you be a part of that team too. A parent is their child's first teacher. A little bit about me.....This is my eighth year in the district. I have previously taught kindergarten, first and fifth grade. I absolutely love my job! I find it fun and amazing to teach a concept to a child and then see them practice, master and make the learning their own.
I am a Las Vegas native! I graduated from Valley HS in 1994 and received my degree in Elementary Education from UNLV in 2000. I have been married for 13 years and have four children. When I'm not teaching, I love reading, playing games with my kids, spending time with my husband, sushi and scrapbooking.
